    Super small but very comfortable place! My husband and I went today to get my two dogs nails trimmed and filed and they were done in about 15-20 minutes. One of my dogs is not very social so when it was her turn to go back, she had an accident on the floor. The staff assured me that it was okay and that it happens. They are so friendly and reasonable with pricing when it comes to grooming! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you guys, I will definitely be coming back.

    Never ever go here! They just charged us $240.00 for two small dogs to have their hair cut. Never in my life have I paid more than $150 for both my dogs! Yes they were matted, but they always are and we get them shaved. This is robbery. They also took a chunk out of my baby! See the photo! This is not acceptable. Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau for all these extra charges added on! Stay away from this shady business.

Mrs. MontanoWe are saddened by this review considering your husband was so happy at pick up, and told us how great they looked, tipped and said he would be back! We are in our 50th year of business, and assure You we are very transparent in our relationships with our clients, including your husband, whom which we gave a very detailed account of the charges for your pets. The coats were severely neglected, and pelted to the skin on most of Buddy's body including his face and ears. Bree was matted as well, although not as severe, due to her coat having a different texture. We showed your husband, because he was not aware, that she was in fact, matted. He also told us, You had been going to different groomers, although not often, and that You try to cut on them at home, which could explain why we had to have an extra handler due to the behavior issues with her. He mentioned how " spunky" she was at drop off, and she certainly did not seem familiar with the grooming process. We suggested he bring them in on a regular basis, to keep them from matting, and get them used to being groomed, so we don't have to have a second person to hold throughout the process, to prevent injury, and reduce cost. It's not safe to work on pets that are not cooperative, while working with sharp instruments, so for your pets safety, we had to hold her during the process, to make her feel safe & secure. We also told him that your pets need Vet care for the ears,especially Buddy's that was oozing pus, as that can be very painful, and cause deafness, when left untreated like that. All of these things add time to the process, which raises cost. They need regular grooming to help keep them healthier, and pain free, as we also find " hidden" issues, as we have our hands on them from head to toe. Brushing & combing at home, especially before bathing helps keep them mat free.The charges for your pets were as followsBoth pets were over 10 & 15 lbs.$80 Base $20 Mat $85 Base $15 extra handler =$200 Grooming costOut of our control costs areTax $12Credit card fee $8.48Tip $10Total = 238.40We would also liketo mention we intentionally did not charge full price for Pelted matting & handling fees for an entire groom inhopes of getting You in sooner, to help maintain your pets well being. Neglecting the coat, leads to other issues, such as hot spots, bruising, and pain from the hair pulling at the skin constantly. Regular grooming with the same environment, let's your pups know what to expect, and creates trust to make the experience better for Pet and Groomer.It is our aim to please, both pets and their people, but understand we cannot please everyone, every time, and would like to wish You the best in your search for another groomer.
