        I agree with other reviews; the WORST customer service ever. I tried for four months to get a letter stating certain coverage and an effective date. Finally I get a letter! Its wrong. Its a simple computer generated form Im sure was probably not even put in an an envelope by a human. I call back. Put on hold for 15 minutes. Claudia comes back and says they cant do that. By now Im short fused, because, like I said, it took four months to get anything. I say sure you can, somebody can type it. She started with all the Humana excuses about why this couldnt be done. I yelled at her that it was garbage and hung up on her. In all the time it took for her to ask somebody else (seems Claudia should all ready have known this) if it was possible, the letter could have been typed and mailed. Im just trying to get some assistance so that I can use my military benefits along with Humana for this year. Highly doubtful for 2024 re-enrollment.

        The insurance that was offered was never able to be used. The website is terrible and does not allow you to make changes to your account. There is no email for after hour concerns to be made. I do not recommend this business.

        Worst customer service I have ever dealt with - the corporate office lady was very abrupt and unhelpful as well.I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
