        The office staff is very pleasant to work with. The Property Manager, Troy, is professional and responsive. The property itself is nice, the courtyards are a wonderful amenity in the summer time. I definitely recommend checking this property out!

        I can't believe what Paul does cleans and scoops up dog poop unbelievable person with a great attitude never upset about anything.......I think he is under paid just my opinion he does a great job what ever he does keep him

        The Metropolitan is easily the best place I've lived in Louisville. The grounds are clean, maintenance is responsive, and the office staff is always courteous and helpful. The apartments have an open floor plan that maximizes the space offered, and they even have a washer/dryer in every unit. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Louisville area.
