very poor service, boorish behavior on the phone and during the meeting. I do not recommend going to this place.

I went there recently just to get one tool chest key made (easy) I immediately noticed that when I walked into the shop it was a total mess. There was stuff laying out all over the floor, trash ,merchandise etc. We thought someone had broken in and vandalized the place. He finally came out the back room and said that he could make the key for $20 bucks. I said ok, that's fine. He than kept going to the back room and being extremely quiet for 10-15 minutes a time. He would come out and mumble stuff that I couldn't understand. He did this at least 4 times. I actually started to wonder if he was overly "medicated" if you know what I mean. After 45 minutes of this I just left. Went to a locksmith on poplar level rd. The the guy made my key in 10 minutes for $10 bucks. I simply can not in good conscious recommend this place to anyone.

I've been. To this place 5 times in a week they've either been closed or by appointment only.... I will no long do business with this place

The most unkind person there really is. I do not recommend at all. An unkind and rude person who does not know how to provide service at all and only provides bad service. I will never return to him. I recommend not to approach the store
