Dr Dorsett is very very rude. I went up to the office to get my moms prescription on my lunch break that was suppose to be ready at 10am. Of course it was not ready and when I told them it was suppose to be ready at 10am i was on my lunch break she proceeded to tell me that it wasnt her problem and she wasnt gonna have no one come in her office and tell her what she needs to do. Mean while the whole time she's looking at me up and down with a ugly look on her face. Then she proceeded to tell me that my mom can find somewhere else to get her medication from because she isn't gonna give her nothing. This place is very very unprofessional I will be making all calls necessary to get this woman in trouble. In all honesty there place should be shut down because it looked like they dont know what a broom mop or any other cleaning supplies are.

Love Dr. Dorsett! She is very sweet! She is very professional & gets the job done. Shes caring & is very helpful. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Also love the office staff! I would highly recommend Dr. Dorsett!

The staff was great. The lady at the front desk is awesome despite the amount of tasks she had to do at the same time, but the Dr. Melissa was in a rush. She barely talked to me and out she was running to her next appointment (I suppose). I was so confused and surprised that I even forgot to ask her two questions I had for her. Really disappointing and sad, even though I paid for this appointment, and it isn't cheap.
