I'm not sure how to rate Francisco's. My house was built in 1993 with cultured marble shower enclosures & counter tops from them & they all lasted almost 30 years without a problem. I recently did a remodel in one bathroom & converted a tub to a walk-in shower. I had Francisco's install a new pan and floor to ceiling marble as well as a bench style seat. For some reason though they would not build the frame (base) for the seat so I had to build it myself. However, their installer commented that my base was better than the ones they build. The completed job looked beautiful but less than 2 months later the top of the seat separated from the sides allowing water into the wood base and ruining it. My new shower was out of commission. It took three weeks to get them back out for the repair. They had to remove & remake all the marble and I had to remake the top of the base at my cost & labor. They reinstalled it and it looked good. Now, 7 months later, the calking is separating again around the seat and I have again lost the use of my new shower. I am now trying to contact them again. Stay tuned.... Francisco's head installer came out first thing Monday morning. He removed some of the caulk & reapplied, guaranteeing I would have no more problems. He said that it may have been due to a bad batch of caulk. I remain skeptical as 50% of the original calk still remains and it is unknown if any water has already penetrated into the wood and drywall behind the marble. Time will tell. Service: Remodeling
