We chose Leta to help us find a "downsized," one-story home for our retirement years. She asked all the right questions about exactly what we were looking for, and set up a client portal where we could make virtual visits to properties that met our wants and needs. Very quickly, we found a lovely place in a great neighborhood. It met all of our needs, including the hard-to-find small house and lot that also has RV parking! Our purchase had multiple challenges, including the simultaneous sale of our previous home as well as multiple over-asking-price offers on the one we wanted to purchase. Leta's professional knowledge, skills, and experience, especially involving difficult negotiations, made it happen for us. In addition, her hand-holding and humor helped us through it without losing our sanity! We have been in our wonderful new home for a month now.
