Always with the fees and botched roll outs of tickets, I'm just so annoyed at this point.

Worst company, worst user experience... I am not angry that i did not get some tickets for so many years. Just facts. Have Ticketmaster identified your computer/wifi network as a bot, and blocked it ? Don't waste your time creating a case. They make it very clear that they will never answer and solve your issue. You won't be able to use your computer ever to buy tickets on ticketmaster and you will have to use an other computer/wifi network. Do you want to browse their website in your language? it's possible but they will constantly change it to the default language so you will have to click again multiple times. And it has been like that for years. Do you want to waste your time waiting in queue although there are no more available tickets ? Then use ticketmaster as they won't update their page, and make your wait indefinitely until you give up. "Please be patient and stay in the queue. Tickets are still available". They make you wait in queue, move forward and select your tickets, select how many you want, try multiple combinations to tell you each time that "We couldnt find the tickets you searched for". Do you want to organise yourself, be first in line, and hope to get tickets ? Don't be optimistic, Ticketmaster has chosen a random process, undeniably and technically weak, which becomes totally unfair as it enables big groups with many computers/capabilities and programs, to flood the queues and considerably reduce your chances. Might as well get lottery tickets to win a million dollars. Fans over the world beg the events organisers to not choose ticketmaster for their events ! Please please please

This company is a huge scam and needs to be shut down cuz they're running Monopoly. I'd recommend boycotting this as I will for now on.
