Changrui (Ray) Liu, DDS

Dr. Liu is fantastic. He has two locations, one in the Valley and one in Westwood (lesser known and newer location). He cares about your health as a whole and takes on Medi-Cal patients. I'd prefer not to share the secret, but I wish I'd known him when he first started, because the Medi-Cal system is a nightmare. Professional, kind, attentive, reasonable and thorough.

Dr. Changrui Liu, his son oral surgeon, Dr. Liu and their staff are incredible. All four of my sons wisdom teeth needed to be removed, unfortunately his regular dentist was unable to perform the procedure due to his bottom wisdom teeth being impacted therefore he required an oral surgeon to remove them. I had difficulty locating an oral surgeon in network with my insurance. After several terrible experiences with other dental offices who were incompetent with submitting prior authorizations, attempting to charge out of pocket for covered services under my insurance, and/or up selling of unnecessary medical procedures, I found Dr. Changrui Lius dental office. I thoroughly researched the office and found that all their patient reviews spoke highly about their work. This is a family run practice who take pride in the quality of the care they provide. Maria, the medical assistant and receptionist, was understanding, knowledgeable about insurance and scheduled us for a consultation right away. For the consultation you will be seen by the father, Dr. Changrui Liu, while the actual procedure will be performed by his son, the oral surgeon, Dr. Liu, who only performs oral surgeries in office the first Saturday of the month. On the day of the surgery, the entire process was quick and ran smoothly; from checking in, overview of the treatment, and the actual procedure we were done in 35 minutes. While in the surgical room, Dr. Changrui Liu sent my sons prescription to his pharmacy making for an even more efficient experience. Afterwards, my son experienced minimal discomfort, he was fully coherent, and mobile. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of qualified professionals for their dental hygiene or a qualified oral surgeon to visit their office.

Thanks to Dentist Liu for helping my daughter extract her extra teeth, I tried to find an oral surgeon for several months and finally got help from Dentist Liu. All the dentists and assistants were patient and kind. When the tooth comes out, it's all worth it.

Dr. Ray Liu and Dr. Samuel Liu are the best. Dr. Ray helped me with the initial checks and designed a very comprehensive treatment plan for me. Dr. Samuel did the actual wisdom teeth extractions for me and the whole experience was fantastic. He gave me a very informative introduction of the whole process before the surgery and made sure the patient was 100% on the same page. There was no pain throughout the surgical process and post-surgery instructions were thorough. Both doctors are very nice, clear, humorous. Highly recommended!
