        I went to TUMI shop at Beverly Center today, the 20th of February 2023 to address the combination lock problem of my Tumi carry on bag. One of their staffs Mr, Erfan warmly accomodated my request to fix the combinaton lock and have it replaced without any hassle. Another lady staff by the name of Frankie was also warm and friendly with sweet smile while my bag was being fixed. I have all praises for these two staffs for their professionalism and excellent customer service in addressing my problem.
