        Easy to arrange and super convenient! The ability to keep the pod as long as I needed to get unloaded was the biggest benefit for me.

        If I could give this a 0 star I would. They are horrible at service! When you go to purchase it says in the description that the delivery fee to your new address is included but then it disappears. When you call to have it delivered they will charge you again and they dont tell you at all that there is a $168 charge to return the POD. Their big pod does not equal to a 20 ft truck at all. They wanted to charge us another $500 to deliver it to our new address after paying them $410 just to get it. We got a 20 ft Uhual truck and I fit a lot more into the truck then the pod could hold. Dont go through them. U-Haul is a lot cheaper. POD keeps trying to take more money from my fianc when the POD is already taken

        I've used them twice in the last few years to store household goods/furniture while renovating. Containers have been well-built, staff (driver and phone-based customer service) are friendly and courteous. No surprise fees.
