I have been purchasing jewelry and accessories for a few years now, always a good seller in my shop. I have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service as well. Anytime I needed customer service, they are always prompt with responding.

DO NOT USE! Placed a trial order for just over $50. They took the money and did not send all the merchandise! I called to question them, they said to email. Then, of course their answer was "we will credit you on your next order". There will not be a next order. I tried to call again, could not get thru. For under $15 it was not worth my time to keep going. Decided to review them instead!!! DO NOT USE!

Purchasing here has been very frustrating to say the least. They allow you to purchase, deduct the money from your account, then tell you days later, when the order ships, that your items are out of stock. Then, I need to wait days for the refund. I believe the charges should be taken out, once the final order has shipped, NOT when the order is placed. I am a new boutique, so I haven't had many orders as of yet, but I'm always dealing with items being out of stock, sending me the wrong items, and then not being able to get a response to my issues. Shipping is outrageous also. Great selection in clothing and jewelry, but I never get my hopes up thinking I will get what I actually order.

Very poor customer service called on 7-11-18 for a short shipment of 2 items questioning how to send back and for them to send back the 2 S/M correct sizes. Items were sold out of my pack once I opened as I am new retail store front right on the beach. CSR advising cannot assist as would have to send back the entire pack. No Supervisor or Manager around and CSR doesn't know her Supervisor's last name Kenny or hours when he will be in as I was told he is in and out. Unacceptable customer service!!!
