        Thieves take your money post payment late and want late fee. Dont buy there insurance to file s claim after 3 weeks of calling vould not get through to file a claim. Don't buy insurance from this company. Hands down worst insurance i havr ever haf.

        Biggest ripoff Ive encountered in 20 years. DO. NOT. USE. THESE. PEOPLE. Absolutely horrendous experience. Weve been a customer (auto AND home) for nearly 25 years and have filed fewer than five claims. Theyve never given us the proper discounts we deserve. After we discovered they had been insuring my dead father and a car that was sold years ago, we asked if they could be retroactively removed from the policy. Of course, we get the run around and lots of nonsense thrown at us. No help or sense of loyalty to their customers. If you have used them, piggyback on the class action lawsuit against them like I am. Also, do yourself a favor and go to Progressive. Theyre much more affordable with identical coverage and better customer service. Unbelievable.
