Absolutely fabulous! It's impossible to ask for more out of a full blown gym and a top notch MMA training center. Everything you could want from plenty of heavy bags, kicking bags, tons of pads, a pro size boxing ring, two huge UFC style grappling cages...that's right two! The grappling area is actually inside of pro cage as well and it's massive. I think I'm in heaven! The rates blow everybody way. No binding long term contracts! Yes, they are feeling me! By the way, I've been in the Judo game 45 years. I coach and I'm a former 3X U.S. National Judo champion. Come and let's have some fun!

Great coaches, great price and sooo many different disciplines to learn. So cool, fun, a great workout and everyone is so helpful to each other and supportive no matter what level you are. Best place I've been to so far

Hello All, Three reasons why I'm rating this gym very poorly. First, marketing is misleading; the gym has signs stating that the monthly fee for boxing is $50.00, not true. I'm currently paying 20 percent more (missed the sign when I enrolled). Second, ignore the gym schedule; I've been there for 2 months now and I've seen the boxing couch maybe about twice since I started. Everyone who's there for the class is always confuse about the schedule, if you ask no one knows. Gym's phone number is disconnected as well. I tried to discontinue my membership but apparently only one person knows how to cancel memberships, his name is Joel, FYI, dude is hardly there. Lastly, the very little training that you get is no good at all. Avoid especially if you really would like to learn the beautiful sport of boxing. No foot work! All they do is some random exercises that you can do on any cheap gym or even better at home. If you get lucky, you'll get the chance to hit the hand pads done by a very nice Korean kid (not an employee). My conclusion is to avoid this gym, unless you have experience and is very convenient do to location. Hope this review helps. Cheers!

10++! Super awesome! I was actually shocked at everything they give me for a super cool price! I get to do all of the cardio classes, weights, the stair climbers, tons of machines, boxing, judo and all of the other martial arts classes! 6 days a week, day and night! I won't mention the price, but I'm paying less than the other gym that doesn't even have all of this! Plus, they don't stick me on a binding contract.
