        This is the first 1 star review I have ever wrote for any store ever. I hate being THAT person to write a bad review complaining about services, but my issue should be known. It has been TWO YEARS since I returned an item. Ive called over 20 times (yes, during correct hours) and emailed several times. I even used twitter at one point out of desperation Never have I EVER had THIS much trouble with a store.

        If you want 2 b lied to this is the place. Placed order online. Called next day said it would b picked up. Sure NO problem. Next I get ur order has shipped email. Called and explained that it was 2 b picked up. No we have 2 cancell order n redue it. REALLY so I don't read ur emails???? Could have charged me the shipping cost. But noo
