If you want a reliable company that will show up on time, or even show up at all, do NOT call Jay Maintenance. The first two times we used them they called us last minute to change the date and time - one time even rescheduling twice. Despite the change, they still showed up late both times. The employees were nice and did a good job so we gave them one more chance. They were supposed to come today and never showed. We called the secretary, who called the owner, who simply said he "forgot." He offered no apology whatsoever and made no offer to come later or the next day or even the next week. The secretary said he had "no other words" other than that he forgot, and that there was nothing more she could add. She admitted this is a common occurrence - the owner doesn't tell her the schedule, forgets what he scheduled, and that there's nothing more that can be done. We will never use Jay Maintenance again - we need a professional, reliable company that actually cares about showing up.
