Terrible service. Like many other reviews have mentioned they are not fair and pick their favorites to go ahead of you. Very bad attitudes as well

RUN! Minimum wait times of 2 hrs! 2-3.5 hrs to be exact. They should be like a normal office and schedule ppl. But no, they can make more money and get more patients by making it a walk in clinic. makes no sense. GO to a normal dr. who schedules times.

My recent visit to Dr. pakdaman]s office left much to be desired. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I found myself waiting for an excessively long time before being seen. The waiting room was crowded and uncomfortable, with limited seating and poor ventilation, adding to the frustration of the prolonged wait. Furthermore, the customer service provided by the staff was subpar. Receptionists appeared disorganized and indifferent, failing to communicate effectively about the delay or provide updates on wait times. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only exacerbated the already tense atmosphere. While the medical care provided by Dr.pakdaman may have been satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by the lengthy wait and inadequate customer service. Improvements in scheduling efficiency and staff training are clearly needed to enhance the patient experience at this practice.
