I've had two cars serviced by Charlie's shop over the past several years. Before that, I brought my cars to several other shops in LA, hoping for service that was reliable, affordable, and honest - all of them didn't meet the high standard that Charlie has set. He's a friendly and communicative person with very fair prices, and he's never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. Buying a car here was our biggest mistake!!! We bought a 2007 Lexus IS 250 here last October who was supposed to be in quote " Looks and drives great. In excellent condition. Everything works as it should." First of all I pay my taxes straight to the dealer who seem to not have reported it to the DMV because they didn't let me register the car days later without paying sales taxes a second time. Took me 3 weeks and many texts and phone calls to get my double payed sales taxes back. 3.5 weeks after buying that car that was supposedly in EXCELLENT condition 3 different engine lights came on one of them was the catalytic converter having to be replaced!!! Kidding me much thanks a lot! Ok ever since the car was 5 times only for codes alone in the shop and also the brakes were down to 2mm!!!!! when we bought it and that replacement isn't even counted in the 5 times we took the car to the shop. Save yourself the trouble don't buy here! We really tried to look past it but the breaking point is reached!!!!

I'm not sure where to start but wow...Charlie and his guys did a phenomenal job on my Acura! It turned out to be a blessing to have them work on my car. They really went above and beyond! I was so excited to get my car back looking good as new! They matched my paint to a perfect 10/10! I'm really greatful for their hard work. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with any car issue to contact A&G auto and you will be as happy as can be with their work! Thank you guys so much.

George is a Very Humble Knowledgeable Legit person. From the moment we arrived until we were able to pick up the vehicle, the communication was well. He repaired the issues and for a good price (unlike other mechanic places where they charge WAY TOO MUCH). Def will continue going back here for anything needed to our vehicles.*Elle and WC
