We had an awful experience with Marcia (Marcela B.). It took her 3 days to process an order for 1 chain. Upon receipt, we measured the chain, and it was 2 inches shorter than what we had ordered as well as a few millimeters narrower. I contacted her, and she responded by saying I was complaining about nothing and that she had bigger orders to tend to. Marcia also said that her boss didn't want to send out my order because it was not worth it for him because he paid more for the shipping. This was untrue, as we paid $29 for the shipping. When I told her it was their mistake, and we wouldn't be paying for the freight again, she laughed. I called the store and spoke to someone else, who told me someone would return my call (hasn't happened). Marcia said I can't work with anyone else there unless she gives permission, which she won't.
