Front office are Rude, disorganized and they dont value their patients time!

Review gets 1 star because you cant give them any less. Front staff is the worst most disgusting service. They cancelled my appointment because i wasn't able to answer a call late evening before appointment. But when i returned the call 2min later no one answered, i left a message and recording says on call Dr. Will call back in 30min yet that call was never returned. The person called "DR" by the staff isn't a doctor but she answers patients only when they call her "Dr"... when I asked to speak to a real DR. Staff said " it's the same thing"?? Rude and unprofessional.

I have called this office 7 times during business hours and no one picks up. The voicemail is full. How does a doctor's office run like this?!

The wait time even with an appointment is horrible. My appointment was at 3pm I arrive 230, still sitting here at 5pm to be called to the back. Very poor front desk service

I go to this Dr I'm 55 and she tells me I e got a hole in my heart I need to have a bubble test to make sure I stay on top of it I have been waiting well over 4 months for a bubble test I call every week no one returns my call I've had to go there and still no appointments I'm having a hard time breathing but can't get no answers.
