Nursing staff failed to properly respond to my wife's request for bathroom assistance on 8 April 2024 at approximately 6:30 to 7:00 PM. Staff failed to properly do their job.

I had a stroke in October of 2023. And they Los Alamitos took great care of from the ICU to Critical Care and I was not an easy patient. I was in delirium the first two days and I was extremely combatant with attempt of pulling all vital monitoring cords attached to me and I said the meanest words..on my 3rd day and out of the red zone I felt so ashamed of myself the way I treated my RNs assigned to me. Before I was transfered out of ICU my RN...spend time to come my hair and with dry shampoo and put on a braid when I transferred to I was complaining about the bed cause I also have GERD my new RN ordered a recliner in my room which fit my comfort till I was discharged. Then again last week I had a laparascopic appendectomy. My procedure went well...My incisions completely healed after just a week I did not require any pain medication even after the anesthesia has worn out. I live in Yorba Linda...but I will not go to any other hospital...I am alive because of them..
