This company and it's owner are thieves. We have a lawsuit about to be filed. They allowed their "maintenance man" to steal nearly all of our belongings. Also tries to keep our security deposit but does not follow the law when it comes to that. Here we go Wade. Definitely messed with the wrong person. I don't forget. Look up all the lawsuits against them in Volusia County. It's comical.

First of all the 5 star review is the owner who has reviewed himself, Wade Hastings (go to Florida business lookup and see that he owns it) then there is an employee who has put a 5 star review! All others are 1 star because it's the lowest! Truth is here from Mr Hastings "Rap" sheet which includes a charge of "theft" here is a series from one arrest taken directly from the court records "Tr- No Approved Eye Protection While On Motorcycle | Tr- Unlawful Speed | Ct- Failure To Obey A Lawful Order | Ct-No Motorcycle License | Cr-Resisting Officer Without Violence" This guy is a crook at best, he will take your money and not deliver and you will be in renters hell. His staff look and act like "street walkers" if you get my drift. The whole operation seems like a front for in my opinion, yes we can still have opinions is that this is some type of money laundering. The owner we are renting from who is represented by Sunstate lives in Medellin, Columbia. It just smells very rotten but all I can attest to is the lack of any response from the management company with live threatening problems!
