Don is highly knowledgeable and meticulous at getting you geared up properly. He encourages feedback on how youre doing with the equipment, and to, by all means, come back to adjust anything, striving to get it Goldilocks comfortable and functional. We were on the same slopes coincidentally one day and he met us at the lodge after calling him up and addressed and fixed a boot fit issue. He even went out to the parking lot while we ate lunch, located our car (needle in a haystack!), and brought the boots back to the lodge for an on-site fix! ( we made the mistake of leaving them in the cold car all night, so they were a dickens to get on!) Also he has a knack for how to maneuver them on, so we learned. He is one dedicated guy! Above and beyond! All in all we got good pricing and expertise, helpful and kind staff, and what we consider an unconditional guarantee of satisfaction! Not usually expected from a boutique sized owner operated business. Hes online too! Very cool.

We had a phenomenal experience getting ski equipment here. The staff were friendly and well versed in their products. They were super busy but I never felt rushed. Prices were more than fair. Well worth my hour plus drive, we will definitely be back for any future gear needs.
