I do not often need a jeweler except the 1.5 years that I need a watch battery replaced. This is on a high-end custom watch rated at 200 meters. Since moving to the Longview area a number of years ago, I did not have a local jeweler. That is until now.
Lollar's came at a co-worker's recommendation. Jamie greeted me at the door, was very friendly, and very professional. She got my watch battery changed, and the price was reasonable.
I felt welcomed into this place, like I just met with family. Will be going back to Lollar's again for all my jewelry needs.

Everyone there is rude as hell. Never go there. Sized wrong 2 times. I told them I wanted a size 4.5 and they literally yelled at me for it. Rude. Unprofessional. Highly do not recommend.
