BUYER BEWARE! CAR EXTERIOR DAMAGED, WON'T PAY FOR REPAIR I've been a customer here for many many years, but they treated me very badly, so I'm trying to warn others away from using them. Last December, I brought my car in for a standard rotation. When I got it back it had the damage pictured on the exterior. I have been calling the shop for 3.5 months. Every time I get the same runaround - you will hear from the regional manager. The regional manager never called me. I think the people in the shop are great and I've never had a problem with them, and they were authentically sorry, but their hands are tied and there is a serious problem with their corporate office and management. At this point, just to get the car fixed I just have to submit it to my insurance and eat the $500 deductible myself. I won't be back, and I strong advise anyone considering this shop to go elsewhere. Service: Tires

This guys check my work from another mechanic and found a couple of safety issues and fixed it for me. Great experience, very friendly and professional. Definitely know what they are doing, Ill be coming back for any problem that happens with my car. I highly recommend this place over other competitors thatll try to rip you off.

Tire pressure monitoring system show flat. It took three visits. Turned to be a very tiny bead leak. They charged me the first two times, but did not charge for the final visit. Nice people. Clean.

I always find the staff at Tires Plus to be friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I have had several punctures repaired as well as new tires fitted, and every time the experience is good.
