        TEK EXPRESS is horrible, it's like they're intentionally trying to disappoint their customers. I'm sick of their shady business practices too, from potential price gouging to misleading advertisements. The business doesnt even keep track of their data, they put the unit into my store around a month ago and I had some problems with it, I decide to call and now they are telling me its not in their database and that I have to pay a labor fee although it should be covered under the warranty, dont waste your time with these people, they are overpriced, unorganized, and just thieves overall
