Stanley Shade

Back in 2012, Stanley Shade installed 3 custom Hunter Douglas metal mini-blinds in my remodeled kitchen. They did a super job. Last year, I called Stanley Shade to see if they could find replacements for the cracked plastic end pieces on the bottom rung of the shades. Within a week, the replacements were available at no charge. Just this last week, I needed tabs to replace the cracked tabs holding the strings in place on those bottom rungs. Used their online web contact and left an email message with Ryan LaFerrara on a Saturday. Received an immediate response from Ryan. Again, the pieces arrived, free of charge within a week. No attempt to get me to purchase a new set of blinds - repair is fine with Stanley Shade. I love working with local businesses that provide quality customer service.

We used Stanley Shades for one motorized shade and about six other pull down shades in our house. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. His price estimate and timeline were on accurate and we appreciated his responsiveness with our questions. 10/10 recommend especially to support a local business!

Every single step of the process with Stanley Shade was perfect. Ryan and Martin are the peak of excellence, in knowledge, skill, and customer service. Martin was on time to scheduled appointments, measured windows perfectly, installed deftly, put booties over his shoes to protect carpets, vacuumed/cleaned up dust as if he had never been there. Both had expert knowledge in recommending products to meet our needs, and Ryan especially understood how to obtain the highest quality products at the best prices. Ryan estimated a reasonable and accurate manufacturing and delivery time. Both came across as kind, professional, and trustworthy. Hands down, an A+ experience, and it feels great to support a local, family-owned business that's been around for almost 100 years.

I had my best customer experience with Ryan and his team at Stanley Shade in Long Beach. From their accuracy in measuring the blinds so they fit perfectly to Ryan's expert knowledge of the products they offer and helping me make my selections all was spot on. I furnished my whole home at the same time with several different types offered at their store and I love them all. They had a large selection of different styles and types all that I could see, touch, and experience how they function right in the store. They look beautiful, operate perfectly, the motor ones as well as the manual ones, fit to a tee, and the installation was effortless and clean! Ryan and his team provided me with professional and courteous customer service. They kept me informed on the details of my order and were always available and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
