I was highly appalled by their service. The CNA and the Nurse practitioner need customer Service classes urgently. I was there for a follow-up after visiting the emergency room a week ago. the Nurse Practitioner came with an attitude, then I notice she was lost entirely about why I was there. I can quickly tell that she took no regard in looking at my chart before she came into my exam room. Not only was she negligent, but she also had poor bedside manners. When I explained how I felt, she completely disregarded what I was saying. I felt belittled and no longer felt like I had any say.In short, is not a good place to go.

Loved this office and their facilities when it was not under MemorialCare, now, their appointments are far off. When I went for my first pregnancy I had no issues getting a next day appointment. Horrible customer service over the phone, I am in pain and needed to see an OB/GYN for my pregnancy. Now need to keep searching for a new location.

without spilling all of my trauma, i will suffice it to say this place is NOT trans or nonbinary friendly at all, they regularly separate me from my partner and medical advocate, they misgender me, ignore my pain during invasive procedures and my worries about my ongoing and debilitating reproductive disease and other co-occurring conditions, and push pregnancy on patients. it's gross here. don't fall for the dark chocolate on the pillows. they are mean and have no bedside manner, all the way up to the desk staff.

I understand all the frustrating 1 star reviews for billing. But when looking for a doctor I want reviews based strictly on how good the doctor is. After endless ER visits I finally got in here. The doctor here has amazing credentials and went to an amazing school and even recommended her friend who went to amazing schools as well if I wanted to pick her instead. She said if the office couldn't get me an appointment with her, then she would text her herself and get me In since they are friends. They are even double booked but dr Christine knew how serious the issue is and has been squeezing me in anyways. My heart goes out to all the patients who have had a horrible experience. I know how mentally, emotionally and physically draining it can be jumping through hoops trying to find a doctor and not having a great experience. But so far personally myself, I wish I could give 10 stars. The lobby is especially clean and inviting. They are even in the holiday spirit with their fireplace going and playing home alone on the TV. And I can honestly say the nurse that always sees me before the doctor is absolutely amazing and makes me feel extremely comfortable And I can't say enough about dr Christine Feigal. She's been extremely patient with me and helping me with all the options out there and explaining everything to me
