I called at 11pm and got their voice mail; I left a message. They called back within minutes and were very helpful. The gentlemen I spoke with explained what was wrong with my hard drive, the process and cost it would take to get my data back. They emailed me a shipping label, three days later I received a call and was updated with the progress. Four days later they called me again to let me know they were able to get a full recovery.
