        My husband told me to stick it out, the doctor is great thats why he stays. The front desk girls are absolutely horrible- the times of your appointment changes without notice. Ive spoken to the office manager and expressed my concerns to the doctor and still nothing. Horrible facility

        This used to be an awesome facility when Richard Foulkes was still working. Ive had two exams since that retirement, and I can say the customer service is terrible and I wont be going back. On the first of these occasions my appointment was at 1:50 and I got in to see the doctor at 2:30. Most recently my referral was to a location where the office was closed. I still need to go see a specialist for a potentially torn retina, but Im going to another optometrist on Thursday and getting a separate referral I cant recommend any longer.
