This is seriously the best cleaning company! I’ve had some pretty bad experiences and spent a lot of money on other companies and have been devastated. I decided to try one last company to see if maybe my expectations were too high and You’ve Got Maids of Orland Park delivered! I came home to a clean smell extremely clean house and every focal point I had was done with perfection and no other area slacked! From the office staff to the maids they have the best customer service and sastifaction! Will definitely be hiring them for a continual service - honesty don’t waste your time and money looking for another company they are hands down the best I’ve used!

Horrible!! Waste of money & time. BEWARE!!! I feel completely taken advantage of, it makes me sick. First of all, I hired this "cleaning service" to do a move in cleaning. Our house is 4300 sq feet and is completely empty. I spoke with Denise, who quoted me only 4 hours of cleaning, which made me nervous from the beginning (I should have listened to my instinct-first mistake). When the day of the cleaning came, we did a walk through of what my expectations were & I left because I didn't want to be that person who follows them around (second mistake). Not even 3 hours into the cleaning Denise calls me and says they are about done, I was shocked.. I thought 4 hours was ridiculous, but 3? A complete joke. When I showed up, I was disgusted. How they were not embarrassed, I have no idea. Im pretty sure they thought they could pull a fast one on me and didn't think I'd check. If that's how they perceive their customers, then that's a HUGE problem. Anyways, I pointed out to Denise all of the cobwebs left on basically all of the ceilings, dust alllll over baseboards on the main floor, a pile of dirt on the window bench, HAIR IN MY FREEZER, bugs in between the sliding glass door tracks, dust bunnies under kitchen cabinets, and the dust still inside of ALL of the cabinets & drawers in the kitchen and office. Denise redid the cabinets inside the office herself and I STILL found dust because they obviously rush. The cobwebs inside the closet in the basement looked like a Halloween decoration, I'm not sure how they missed that one. Probably didn't even open the closet, again thinking I'm too stupid to check. So 2 hours later (yeah an extra two hours to get all of the stuff they missed) mind you Denise told me she won't charge me for the extra time for them screwing up, she ended up trying to charge me the full 5 hours and when I looked at her she said 7-11:30... uh no try again. So she charged me for the original 4 hours when they only spent 3. I did ask them towards the end of fixing their screw ups to do 2 storage rooms downstairs and 2 utility closets (just vacuuming the cobwebs) and I said if you need to charge me for that, that's fine I understand. But she charges me another whole hour??! So you charge me a whole hour to do 20 mins of work because you want to take advantage of me? Oh and her excuse about the stuff they missed was blaming it on one of the girls being new, way to throw your employees under the bus. Really professional. I would have rather sent them home without paying them and gotten my $570 (yeah I tipped them $20 - third mistake paying them at all) worth from a different company who actually knows how to clean & who doesn't take advantage of their customers! So all in all this company is horrible. They rush & they take major advantage of people. They should be embarrassed. I should have looked at the reviews before because I see there's a similar review, but I just didn't have time and I trusted them.

We recently hired You've got Maids. We had a maid service for over 25 years and have not been pleased lately. We decided to try You've got Maids for one initial cleaning. We were very pleased with the service! So pleased in fact that I have signed up for bi-weekly service. I would recommend this group to anyone.

First and foremost I never thought i would need a maid. You know how it is when you say i"ll do it later. Well later became later and later and things at home began to get out of hand. One of my friends recommended You Got Maids cleaning services in Orland Park, and that was the best recommendation ever. Not only did they clean professionally but also made my place feel like home again. HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS FOR SURE WITH YOU GOT MAIDS!!!
