I was driving recently and one of your drivers was driving extremely obnoxiously in your van. Tailgating, speeding, unnecessary and illegal lane changes, you name it. I suggest you use trackers to see what your drivers are doing w your vehicles you're liable for because, "Let the master answer." (Legal term meaning YOU get sued for THEIR actions).
We had a near miss and if I wasn't as good a driver as I am (100% clean record, driving twice the time your driver's been alive), the 3rd vehicle would have caused an accident by making an illegal turn and your driver would have hit ME. And I have many lawyer friends with Land Rovers and 100+k kitchens, so they obviously win a lot. This was a young Hispanic male, dark hair, medium to small build. No more than 25 years old.
Point is, there was no reason to rush because there's a ton of traffic on that stretch and 2, being an obvious idiot saves you NOTHING, (time-wise) for short hops you'd usually make. And because you'll be stuck again very soon, anyway. You save NOTHING. Any map app would prove that.
I suggest you get right on those dash cams and driving trackers, because it was REALLY close that I'd be sueing you. I'd highly suggest drug/alcohol drops, too, if they're driving YOUR vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to put in breathalyzers on the ignitions. The only way driving foolishly during rush hour in particular makes sense (most likely time to have an accident) is if you're on drugs or drunk.
If they're too young or too stupid to be a respectful driver, I DEFINITELY wouldn't hire them or your company to do any work for me on my buildings. That's generally not a person who's going to care enough to do a good job the safest and best way.
