Love the transformation of our house! The exterior painting by Home Enhancers painting gave the house a whole new personality on the outside. The exterior was yellow and white peeling paint. Sam brought samples out to our house and helped us choose the colors- “Dress Blues” with white trim. Their team finished with efficiency and Sam followed up after completion. We highly recommend the local company, Home Enhancers, for the outcome and professionalism.

We called Sam out to give us an estimate on exterior painting for my parents’ house. We needed our cedar siding, trim, facia, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and the window arches done. He listened to all of our requests and concerns. Several other painters told us it was the end of season, being in October, and that to call them in the spring. Due to our timeline, that just wasn’t possible. We managed to get a few other quotes and after checking reviews and looking at pricing, we went with Sam. Sam quoted us a really great price and understood this might be in 2 stages. We made the decision to go with Sam last minute on a Friday night, and with my parents going out of town in the AM, we needed Sam to come by to sign and grab the check. He came right away and even watched as my dad and I fought over paint colors for a while.
So we cut Sam the down payment check and the next day they were out there power washing and prepping to get started. Then the weather turned. We monitored the weather over the next several days, agreed on a more weather friendly paint, and luckily found a really good day to start! During this wait time, Sam said he never ordered the paint or deposited the check just encase we had to wait till spring. That is a great sign from a contractor that he is not all about the money and wants to get the job done right.
He stopped at the property in the morning when his subs arrived just to make sure things were going smoothly. He left us with a crew of 4 guys and in a long 11 hour day, they finished 99% of the job! 1 day! This is a 2,600 sq ft 2 story house. Most other painters quoted us 2-3 days or even a week! Sam also stopped by the job site during the day and was quick to answer any of my questions and concerns via text. The next day, 2 of the 4 guys came for a few hours and made any touchups that were necessary, finished the windows, and Sam came to check off the job. We cut the final check and we were done!
Our house looks so much better and the guys were great with how clean their cut in lines were. I will definitely use Sam and his crew again for my next exterior project.
