If i could leave 0 stars or less i definitely would...I had a table centerpiece sent to me from my Aunt in Arizona via FTD...i sent her the picture thanking her for them and she was disappointed as it was not what she had ordered...much less the carnations were wilted when they were dropped off.and only 2 white roses not the 6 red ones and about half the size pictured..i called the next morning left a voicemail with my concern as the back of rhe card said if not happy they would make it right...well nobody called me back so called agsin abt 4pm and someone answered..i said i had called earlier did you get my voicemail and she said yes..i deacribed mt situation and she asked if i added water to it..they need to be watered daily..i said no as the styrofoam was still wet..she again said it needs to be watered daily...i said oh...well what do you want to do as they were wilted around the edges when i recieved them...she said she wouldn't do anyrhing...well so much for telling anyone about them orher than a bad review...i had someone with me and also was on wow over her reply to the entire conversation...bad bad place to buy from...buyer beware when you have something delivered from her i wish i could insert picture's but it doesn't allow me to
