I give it a "zero". Customer service was horrible our server (a girl with thick eyebrows and clogs on)was very rude and I felt very disrespected. Felt Very unwelcoming and when we asked questions the server was very short with us, rude, and completely ornery to everyone. They don't even get 1 star they get 0!

I would NOT recommend this winery to anyone. We were on a wine tour and this was the last of 3 we were visiting. The service was not even worth the 1 star Im giving them. The server was rude from the moment she came to our table. She never gave us a menu so we can choose our wine and she spoke to us in a demeaning manner. She started pouring wine in our glasses with no explanation what so ever. We told her we would like to see the wine selection, but that never happened. She barked at us again and walked off. I went in to complain to the manager, but our tour guide stepped in. We ended up just leaving, so this was a waste of time and money for us. We have been to multiple wineries and never experienced anything like this. There are plenty of other wineries in the area to visit. Stay clear of this one!!!

A must stop when in Lodi! Mettler Family Vineyards offers FANTASTIC wine for a fair price. Their beautiful grounds and tasting room are so welcoming. Nicely designed tasting room sets a relaxed, yet high-end vibe. Lynette and the other women pouring wine were friendly and knowledgeable. I could see beautiful events taking place at their venue weddings, etc. Thanks for a great afternoon!
