He has excellent management and outcomes. I have recurrent small bowel obstructions from internal scar tissue (adhesions) so Ive dealt with many physicians over the years. Im so impressed by him from both a patient perspective and my profession as nurse. Not all doctors and surgeons understand the complex and very serious problems that SBOs can cause.

Recommended by my cardiologist. Quickly got in to see him re severe pain for three weeks yet undiagnosed. Dr. Simeon is a methodical surgeon patiently asking lots of questions. After exam he was not sure if problem was neurological or osteo. He recommended neurologist first. Neurologist found pinched nerve and recommended procedure. Two days later procedure was done. Finally no pain. Bonus (if you call it that) the last specialist looked over the CT Scan with contrast and found an arterial aneurism which I hope to have repaired ASAP. Im very thankful for the speedy help of all three specialists.

Thank you to Dr. Simeon Rolando he did an amazing job. He removed my moms hernia at the out-patient center in Lodi, Ca. she was really happy with the results and her healing process. All the questions and concerns we had he answered them. The staff and doctor were really nice and welcoming. Thank you!

If I could give this doctor a negative star I would. He cancelled on my boyfriend 3 times in a row! The first time was a half hour before the appointment. The doctor's office called to re-schedule saying Dr. Simeon was in emergency surgery. The second time was an hour before the aappointment - doctor in emergency surgery again - another re-schedule. Third time an hour before appointment, same deal doctor in emergency surgery. Sadly, this doctor was a referral from Lodi Memorial. My boyfriends primary thought he might need his gall bladder taken out ASAP based on ultrasound. Lodi Memorial said he should make an appointment with surgeon in next few days gave us Dr. Simeon's number. Now it is 2 months out he is getting more and more sick...Had to go back to PCP to get a new referral. She was furious...Called Dr. Simeon's office and they said the doctor was "busy." was told that Lodi Hospital wasn't aware of his schedule. What? OK hot shot doctor stick to the ER dept. and give up your regular practice because it is a joke. By the way my boyfriend is disabled and I just had surgery this was a nightmare!

I went to see Dr. Simeon and showed up 30 minutes early. I waited an hour and a half and when I asked his staff they told me they did not know when he would be able to see me. Other patients in the office said this was typical of his practice. I ended up leaving and I will seek out another doctor. What a waste of time.  I guess he really is too busy for any new business.I don't recommend seeing this doctor unless you have no other plans for the day.
