Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

Great experience at this location. Everyone is kind and very professional. They resolved an issue that the Stockton location DENIED by saying they couldnt help me with.

Please DO NOT go to this store. Be mindful it is a "branded store" and you WILL NOT get the same customer service as the "main store" in Stockton. I learned the hard way. They say they will help but once you walk out that door you're on your own. I was promised things that did not happen.

Worst xfinity store Ive ever been to!! When I first come trying to purchase the new iPhone I have one of the employees telling me I apparently cant reorder the new iPhone! I leave and come back next week. Okay this time its a different girl helping me and she tells me that I can preorder, we go ahead and proceed and once the new phone bill comes in I get charged an extra $120!! I go in the store and ask why this is happening and they tell me I have an extra phone line Im paying for!! Be aware of what they are doing! I do not have an extra line. If it wasnt for me checking my bank statements I couldve easily gotten ripped off!! And on top of that they tell me they cant even cancel the line there at the store. Come on now! Do better and hire more knowledgeable people. I feel sorry for the owner.

If I could give zero stars to this store, I would. This store is an embarrassment to customer care. The associate helping me had no clue what he was doing, was condescending and dismissive of what I was there for. He kept playing and joking with a coworker while listening to an earbud of music or a game that she was messing with on his phone and wasnt paying any actual attention to me. He didnt know how to use the program and said he was going to save me a ton of money but quoted a new plan that would cost more than my current plan when I wasnt even there to change my plan. He was entering information into the system wrong and didnt know how to properly code my request to get the correct price for the service. 3 other employees kept having to help him. When he finally got the right price on the contract and I asked him to interpret the contract language for me before I sign anything, he clicked all the boxes on my phone and signed it without my consent. He had no knowledge to explain what was included in the plan he signed me up for. He spent more time joking and playing with his coworkers than addressing my concern. I was there 3 times longer than I should have been for a simple change of address request. I have never been more disappointed in the quality of customer service.
