Called and spoke to a really nice woman on the phone last Thursday who scheduled an appointment for Friday. Jose was supposed to come sometime in the afternoon Friday and would call us on his way over. Well that same afternoon Jose just appeared at our doorstep. No call, or anything, he said he was in the area so decided he'd just stop by. We weren't prepared.. had just gotten home from work, house not in the way I like to have it when people come over etc. My husband was about to feed our giant dog so he loaded his bowl and took him outside, and I told him to come on in. Although it was pretty rude, and unprofessional to just show up unexpectedly, I figured he's here, might as well get it taken care of. He then measured..and we talked very briefly. I  assumed he'd give me the quote, but instead he took my email address and said he'd email it the next day. It's been 4 days now and nothing. No email, no text..only crickets. I called during business hrs today because I was curious to know what the deal was. This time there was no answer and no option to leave a message. Perhaps they only like to install what you buy from their store. Maybe he was just not interested. Either way, what a crappy experience. Shows up when convenient for him and then blows us off. My search for an honest, reliable tile installer continues..

Loved the job that they did for our countertops in our kitchen a few years back. They also did the flooring in 2/3 of our home (not including bedrooms and master bath) and did a wonderful job. The owner Jose is very honest and just a good guy all around. The Office gals are great too!!!
