I would only recommend Homer because they had the best price. They called and said they'd be here the next afternoon. Next day it's around 2:30 and I've called their office 3 times and finally get an answer that they are definitely still coming, even after I asked if they needed to reschedule. They never showed up, no calls or anything. Emailed me the next day apologizing and said they'd probably come the following Wednesday. Never contacted me to let me know when they were coming, again I had to call multiple times. They told me on the phone my tree was scheduled for the middle of the day. They showed up at my house at 6:55am and blocked the entire street, we live on a dead end street. The team was fast and did a decent job besides tearing up my grass. Excellent customer service over the phone. And they came out and got my estimate in just a few days. The price was not the best, but comparable to other companies.

I called to set up an appointment for estimate and was told 5 business days. Its been way past that. I never got a phone call, or email and of course nobody showed up either. I shouldn't have to chase down a company to get their business. Too bad, someone else will get this big job.
