    *Please note this review is left in exchange for a raffle entry (as is likely the case with most reviews left between 02/20/24 -03/17/2024)* I have lived here since Fall 2021 and overall it has been a fairly positive experience. Its quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and maintenance is good at responding to *emergency* situations. Theres been quite a few management changes in the last few years, but for the most part, theyve been good at communicating things going on in the complex which has been important considering all of the work they have been doing. However, it definitely has its negatives. If you have a maintenance request that is considered non-emergent, good luck getting a resolution. I had water leaking from my ceiling for 3 days before anyone responded to my maintenance request and now I have water stains on my ceiling. I was also without a dishwasher for 32 days and never received communication when I tried following up 3 weeks after submitting my request or when I asked how they fixed it after they marked my request as resolved. Spoiler alert: they didnt fix it, I did. They keep increasing rent every year, more than just to keep up with inflation. This last year my rent increased over 9%. I tried asking management if they could come down a little since I always paid on time and have been a good tenant for the last 3 years, but request denied. I understand at the end of the day this is a business, but come on. Theyve been making a lot of improvements, which I do appreciate, but I am so nervous to see my renewal offer (if I still get one after this review). Theyre supposedly putting in a new clubhouse (why, idk because our current one is just fine) so the gym has been closed since January 25th and no work had been done on the clubhouse yet so who knows when well be able to use that again. Rumor has it the pool will be closed this summer too while they work on the clubhouse, but do you think well see any sort of reimbursement or break on rent increases for not being able to use the provided amenities? Highly doubtful. It certainly isnt the worst place Ive lived, but Im also not recommending this place to family and friends based on my experiences. And I have neighbors who have dealt with much worse, but those arent my stories to tell.

    The leasing agents, management, and maintenance are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is A very quiet apartment complex and a peaceful location. About a quarter mile away from the busy street, 7 mile, so you dont have traffic disturbance. Every apartment complex will have issues, but I believe that the respectful and quick service at Canterbury makes all the difference with our living experience!

    Overall pleasant experience here and they have made some major updates since moving in such as windows and the outside tree trimming. However, the water/sewer bill has been about 100 dollars a month which is more than what our close family pays monthly for a four bed, three bath house with children. None of our friends or family in apartments pay more than 25. The amenities are fine and the overall layout of our apartment is great but the water bill is a huge problem and cant foresee an extended lease term if that continues and rent goes up.

    We just moved here 3 weeks ago and so far everything is great. Marissa and William in the office seem to be very helpful. Plus we got windows and doorwall which should be great on the heat and a/c.
