Very good service from Venezuelans, even if they don't speak English, they try to serve you with the best quality with a smile and great cleanliness.

The room was crazy expensive. Especially for how run down the hotel is. When you walk in, the rug is shredded. The room smelt terrible, and the tv didnt work. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. I woke up around 3 am to a lady talking way too loud on the phone, 4 rooms away from me. I called to tell the front desk lady but no one answered. I went downstairs, and no one was at the front desk. The location is pretty sketchy as well. There was a man outside the hotel playing drums with card board boxes next to all of the cars in the parking lot. Super sketch location, service was poor, pricing was outrageous, and the place extremely run down.
