    Last Saturday, my 6 month old washing machine & dryer stack-em unit stopped working. At the time, I had a new home health aide operating the system. She told me while doing a wash cycle, the washing machine stopped working and she smelled smoke from what she thought was an electrical fire. She decided to unplug the machine and restart the cycle. I asked her if she overloaded the machine, and in any event told her to turn the machine off while I called Hunter Appliance to have a service technician to come to my home to inspect the unit. When I called Hunter Appliance, from whom I purchased the machine, Jimmy told me he would schedule a service call for Monday January 29. He told me that the service department had only one technician but he was on vacation, and would not return until Monday 29. The technician did come to my home on Monday and ran tests to ensure that everything was in working order, handed me the Service Order which indicated no charge. Under the circumstances, Hunter Appliance went above and beyond to fix my problem, and I highly recommend them for all appliance and servicing needs.

    I try to support small business but Hunter appliance makes it difficult. I drove there to order a part for my refrigerator and was told it would be available 3 00pm the next day. It did not arrive as promised and I was told to check back tomorrow. The next day still not available and all my frozen foods had spoiled. I was told "hey its not my fault if UPS did not ship." Sadly, I ordered from Amazon. 8 dollars cheaper and arrived next day. This stores service stinks.

    Fantastic customer service! I bought a grill for my husband 4 years ago here and I am now purchasing additional accessories for the grill. They have been super helpful and patient in working with me to make the appropriate purchase. I highly recommend them!

    Parents bought appliances I bought appliances had an order issue w my fridge wasnt old and empty both freezer and fridge so I thought owner who did service call comes in flips butter door open and a rotten lime was in there I forgot about the way the fridge door was the butter door was not viewable and lime washes tucked it corner he literally was there five minutes and charged me $85 dollars Instead of thinking about my business down the road I was about a ten minute drive from hunter appliance he needed that $85 bucks Never ever recommend or buy from them again this was awhile ago and just thought to post this Not cool

    We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher a few years ago. The first problem happen because they did not go over the care and details with my husband. The repair person came and fixed it under two minutes which we could have fixed ourselves and if coursed charged close to two hundred dollars. A year later the dishwasher just stopped working. We thought to ask if we could have someone walk us through the simple steps for something simple to check out. There is a half hour window we need to call to possibly get to this person. In addition we were told they are booking repairs in August Its June now. I can get into my doctors office quicker. I would not buy another appliance from them. My husband bought an over the stove microwave also from them. Its it most quirky design Im very unsatisfied.
