        Quality product but terrible communication. I got two bids and chose them because they are a family owned business and I thought I'd get better customer service. Not the case. One of our shutters was produced incorrectly. I left numerous messages and no response. I even had to contact Corporate just to get them to respond. They wouldn't stand behind their product or the error, so our shutter never got fixed. Too bad for them, I want to put shutters in 3 more rooms, but this time, I'll call the other company.

        The entire team, Sterling, Jonny, and Cody are the best to work with Especially, during a pandemic! They made the whole process, from booking, to selection/ordering, to installation seamless. The selection was fabulous, and the prices were very good. Even the wait time was manageable. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs window coverings for their home and/or office.
