Pizza Hut

This location is great always order delivery so never been to the store. Always on time and cooked to perfection. Driver is always nice and friendly.

So this is the second time I have ordered from this pizza hut location and their driver has lied. I placed an order for my pizza to be delivered I place it around 4:15pm and was informed that it will be delivered at 4:55pm. It was going on 5:15pm and my pizza wasnt here. Now pizzahut website has a box for you to check for text message updates on your order which is what I checked! So I never got a call from the driver nor did I get a text message. So I called the store and was told by a RUDE employee that the DRIVER told them that he called my phone and he never got an answer and that my purchase was voided. I told them that I never got a call from the driver and I ask to speak with manager. The manager informed me that the driver said that he tried to call my phone and there was no gate code, well you have to call me or text me to get the gate code. She me that the purchase was voided and if I want my food to be brought to me I would need to repurchase my order. I told thanks and hung up. She then CALLED ME back, and I answered! Now if the driver claimed he called me and I didnt answer, how is it that the manager was able to get in contact with me?! Anyway she called to tell me that my money will be refund to me and would take up to 7days to be replaced back on my card. In conclusion the driver LIED.
