Avoid at all costs. Rented a house full of black mold, held deposit for "deep clean/ carpet clean" when the house was cleaner when we left than when we moved in. Sad that companies like this are still getting people's money. THERE'S A REASON THEY HAVE A 1 STAR Google review, do your research on this company!

The only person there that knew anything or got anything done was Kristy and I'm told she doesn't even work there now. I've paid rent 4xs now and still no one has been able to help me set up my online account to pay online so its a pain every time. Anytime I call, the person has an attitude or acts like my issue isn't important. We love our house but RPM Group is absolutely miserable to deal with. So unprofessional and I'm not even sure what they're getting paid for if they don't do anything.

These people never got back to us. They said it would take 5 days to do the application, yet, nothing. We passed background check, income verification and everything else they asked for. I will never apply with this company again.

Im a current tenant of RPM and Im not satisfied with the service. Its a 100 degree weather outside and Kristie Talley stated that the air conditioner being out is not an emergency situation. Ive been residing here for a little over 2 years and never heard such nonsense.
