Piss poor customer service. The man who attended to me was condescending and unprofessional. I had called days before coming in to request a quote, I left a message and never got a returned call. But I went there in person and got a shabby personal service. Before I even got a quote, I already made up my mind to not get a policy with them because of the unprofessional manner I was being attended to. Goes to show they would be a nightmare to work with.
And at the end of the day, the quote I got was one of the highest I had seen. Eventually went with another policy that was almost 50% less, elsewhere.
