Had a flight delayed into Little Rock airport that was scheduled to land an hour after the rental car facility was scheduled to close. My wife phoned the 800 # and was told they would wait up to two hours after their scheduled time. I also called and was told the same thing.
Needless to say when I landed at 0115, they were closed. I called the number again and was told there should be someone there and to look around. I asked if they could call someone and they said they didnt have a number for them.
I had to sit in the airport for seven hours until they opened again just to I could drive two hours for a 10 am interview that I am sure I bombed due to no sleep.
