Horrible energy service. Dont even care when power goes out for their people. Slow. Unorganized.

All I have to say that they are scamming. Keep telling me I have a bounce check and I always have money in the account. Then I left a review and they give a number to call but it's the same number that scammed me. I had proof all my payments cleared. The last 3 months I have paid my electric bill 3 times each month to keep it from getting cut off. No refunds and are still saying I owe them more. And I have proof all payments went through.

I called multiple days a week, weeks before I moved out of my previous place that I needed the electricity turned off and they kept telling me no for weeks until someone finally let me turn off service when I moved out the 31st. I started service at my new place weeks later and they told me it would be turn on in my name on the 13th. The website and app both said it is turned on and in my name at this location. They turned off my electricity and when I called to figure out why they said the account was never put in my name and claimed that someone attempted to contact me before shutting off the service. The only contact I got was from a personal phone number claiming to be Entergy saying they need a photo of my social security card. They admitted to me because the website and app was wrong and no one from an actually entergy number contacted me there was no way to know the account was not in my name. They also informed me they have no idea why it was not in my name or what I even need to do to turn my electricity on and are leaving me without electricity despite admitting they were the ones who messed up. Its winter and I have a joint and blood disorder. The cold causes intense pain and immobility.

Incompetence seems to be a recurring theme for Arkansas utility companies. Entergy is no different. Its a hit or miss with the quality of representative you get and there is a massive transparency issue in terms of billing, such as what your total bill is, when you get charged, and so on. You can have 4 different balances depending on where you look.

I talked to a customer representative yesterday and they were very rude non helpful. Even the supervisor was very rude and non helpful. I had to go back to the hospital bc they cut my lights and I told them I have a breathing machine and they didnt not care at all about my health or trying to help out with some type of agreement. There will be a law suit against entergy. Ive tried to be nice about it. And I have all documents.
