My Dad (82) was brought here only as a temporary stay. He loved it and wanted to stay full time. They are kind and loving to the residents and are constantly doing something (dancing, games, singing, snacks, etc). They try to help the residents retain their memories and independence!

For the 3rd time now, we are having to move my father to a different facility and out of this one. The staff here have been neglecting and mistreating my Dad on a consistent basis. My mother visits my Dad almost every day and finds him uncared for and mistreated. We have a live feed camera in his room and have seen it for ourselves the disgusting treatment he receives from staff members and the disrespectful tone they take when speaking to him. It's absolutely appalling that this continues to happen and no one here at the facility will do anything to rectify the problem. As much money as these centers take in every month you would think they would provide the best of care for their residents but they don't. They do the very least they possibly can and have no regard for the comfort and care of their residents. This center and the despicable human beings that run it should be ashamed of themselves. It makes me sick to my stomach that they would treat my father so terribly.

This is a zennia in one of the courtyards inside the facility. The staff are kind, well-trained and respectful to their clients.

My Mother is a resident here. The staff is outstanding and the center itself is clean, safe, warm & inviting. Excellent leadership with Matt Manning as Administrator & outstanding Activity Director, Marta Harrell!
