I have stuck waiting to make a new appointment for50min I don't if they are open or closed because of the weather of snow they need a new system I need to reschedule appointment for my daughter.

I've been trying to call to reschedule for 2 days, waiting one hrs each time with no answer. Inclimate weather policy- snow days can not be considered as a missed appt. They should have one person calling scheduled patients for snow cancelations

If youre needing medication help this is not the place to go to. i had my first visit way back in march. still have yet to see the med doctor who apparently is only there certain days out of the month. the first time they scheduled me for may 25th 2 whole months away, then they call and say he wont be there that day and tried to switch the appointment to june. No need to talk to the clinic coordinator as she will act as if your complaint is nothing but an inconvenience to her, she set up an appointment with the apn which was no help because they are not allowed to prescribe certain meds so dont let the clinic coordinator trick you into wasting your time. the receptionists are rude. the only reason for the 2 stars is cause the therapist is ok. If youre in need of help dont waste your time here, they dont care and will schedule multiple appointments with everybody except the actual dr just to charge your insurance. Just go somewhere else
